We are seeking an experienced

Contract Recruiter

to support high-volume and/or specialized hiring initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver timely, high-quality talent across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake → sourcing → offer)

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other channels

Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture fit

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process

Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)

Ensure a positive candidate experience and consistent employer branding

Support offer process, compensation alignment, and close candidates effectively

Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies

Required Skills

3+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)

Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously

Strong sourcing skills, especially via LinkedIn and passive candidate outreach

Experience recruiting for [technical / life sciences / corporate / sales / manufacturing] roles (customize as needed)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a contract, fast-moving environment

Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior contract recruiting experience

Industry-specific recruiting background (e.g., biotech, pharma, tech, defense, manufacturing)

Experience supporting hiring surges or project-based hiring

Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics
