The Senior Recruiter is a hands‑on, full‑cycle recruiting professional responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. The role partners closely with hiring managers, leads proactive sourcing efforts, and drives an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake meeting through offer and onboarding coordination. Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and high‑priority roles. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles. Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and process guidance. Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Track and manage requisitions, candidate activity, and hiring metrics within ATS. Support employer branding efforts and represent the company professionally in the talent market. Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferable in a corporate or in‑house environment. Proven success in hands‑on sourcing and closing candidates for a variety of roles. Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Greenhouse is a plus), and other sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruiting metrics. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Background in high‑growth or multi‑location organizations is a plus. Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. What We Offer
