Human Resources Coordinator - Full Time - Germantown, TN
At Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care, the supporting roles of our office teams go beyond paperwork and administrative tasks. All of our teams are integral parts of the compassionate care provided to our patients and their families. While our caregivers offer invaluable medical support, our contribution is to ensure every aspect of our patient’s needs is heard and met.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum 1 year experience in HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience with HR metrics
Soft skills in Employee Relations
Recruitment experience is not required
Knowledge of HR and databases
Data entry & management proficiency
Budget management experience
Knowledge of Excel
Basic medical office/health agency knowledge
Effective oral and written communication skills
Basic accounting knowledge including payroll processing
Responsibilities
Implement HR strategies and initiatives
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Develop and maintain protocols and timelines for new hires
Partner in the recruitment and selection process based on staffing needs
Support business needs through human‑capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Handle operational and technical HR duties
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide support as requested
Ensure legal compliance with all policies and regulations (accounting, confidentiality, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, leave of absence)
Maintain all accounting and HR records, invoices, and files
Schedule & Benefits
Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
