We’re seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to manage both administrative and strategic HR functions. This role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and screen candidates; manage pre-boarding and onboarding
Administer benefits enrollment and payroll updates
Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with HR policies
Support employee relations, performance appraisals, and policy development
Handle HR reporting, audits, and licensure verification
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2–3 years HR experience (healthcare preferred)
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP experience a plus
Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
