Responsibilities
Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus
Compensation $92,000 - $123,000 yearly
