What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prioritize and implement technical solutions in Workday Financials to meet business needs
Manage the implementation of new features and enhancements in Workday Financials
Own business process enhancements to support optimal user experience
Develop and maintain reporting and data solutions within Workday Financials and supplemental tools
Lead roadmap development and provide status reports to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
At least five to eight years working in finance operations, with a minimum of three years in Workday Financials
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning certification is a plus
Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expense modules within Workday Financials
Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to evolving requirements in an Agile‑adjacent environment
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Proficiency in Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards, with knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI
Enthusiasm for data and experience in harnessing large data sets for business decisions
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain a team‑first mentality
Willingness to travel 2–3 times a year for College Board business
