What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with product owners and requesters to gather requirements and validate processes
Document and distribute new or revised processes and procedures resulting from project efforts
Analyze business problems and recommend solutions while documenting findings
Create and implement solution designs and project plans that meet business needs
Facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct user training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
Minimum of 2 years of related experience, including 2+ years working with the Salesforce Platform
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and financial analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Experience in Finance or Marketing
Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Jira
