Responsibilities
Engage with senior leaders and HR to understand business talent needs, challenges, and priorities to build proactive sourcing and go‑to‑market strategies for identifying and attracting top executive talent.
Use creative sourcing strategies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery, and other channels to generate new leads and nurture existing leads across the United States and EMEA.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand.
Provide continuous feedback to hiring managers and leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges, and insights on external market conditions.
Utilize talent market insights tools to uncover in‑depth information that informs recruitment strategy and educates hiring leaders.
Qualifications / Skills
Process Management – Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing processes.
Influencing – Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
Customer/Market Focus – Ability to remain aware of shifting market priorities and respond to internal and external customer needs consistently adding value.
Communicating for Impact – Knowledge of effective listening and communication; ability to apply these theories in various situations.
Planning and Organizing – Knowledge of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources systematically.

Primary location: Irving, TX.
Office‑based; requires on‑site presence Monday to Friday.
Travel: 5%‑10%.
