What you will do:

Engage with senior leaders and HR to understand the business talent needs, challenges and priorities, building proactive sourcing and go‑to‑market strategies for identifying and attracting top executive talent.

Use creative sourcing strategies with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery and other channels to generate new leads and nurture existing leads within the United States and EMEA.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand.

Provide continuous feedback to hiring managers and leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges and market insights, translating challenges into creative solutions.

Utilize talent market insights tools to uncover in‑depth data to inform recruitment strategy and educate hiring leaders.

What you will have:

Process Management:

Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing processes.

Influencing:

Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside your organization.

Customer/Market Focus:

Understanding of market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs consistently adding value.

Communicating for Impact:

Knowledge of listening and communicating tools to influence others effectively.

Planning and Organizing:

Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources systematically.

Location and Travel

The primary location is Irving, TX.

This role is office based and requires onsite work Monday‑Friday.

Travel up to 5‑10 %.

Domestic relocation is available.

Compensation Summary pay range: $112,710.00 – $169,060.00. Compensation and benefits may vary based on factors such as market location, job level, and performance.
