Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Real Estate Broker based in NC and/or SC. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate transactions, liaising with clients to facilitate property buying and selling processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining property listings, conducting market analyses, providing expert advice to clients, and supporting a collaborative work environment within the brokerage.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with real estate transactions, property listings, and market analysis

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management

Knowledge of legal contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements within the real estate industry

Proficiency in leveraging real estate technology and tools to support buying, selling, and marketing activities

Ability to lead and collaborate within a team‑oriented environment

State of South Carolina Real Estate Broker License (required)

Experience in community building and delivering exceptional service to clients is a plus

Strong time management and organizational skills
