We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support consolidated financial reporting, U.S. GAAP compliance, and global accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi‑entity environment, enjoys technical accounting, and is comfortable driving month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly consolidated close, including preparing consolidating and eliminating entries.
Review global accounting submissions for accuracy and policy compliance.
Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts; resolve unusual variances.
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership.
Support year‑end close, consolidated financial statements, and footnote preparation.
Assist with complex accounting matters (new GAAP standards, acquisitions/divestitures, etc.).
Coordinate interim and year‑end audit requests.
Partner with internal teams on accounting issues and process improvements.
Contribute to global statutory filings and collaborate with legal on requirements.
Research U.S. GAAP and help update accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
4–7 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Multi‑company or multinational experience a plus.
CPA strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
