We are currently looking for a Full Time Night Auditor to join our team. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nearest Universal Orlando is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for everyone. The hotel has 184 rooms, including suites, and is within walking distance of Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™, and Universal CityWalk™. It is located just minutes off International Drive (I‑Drive) and close to the best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment Orlando has to offer. This property is one of the 50 hotels managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates.
The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during overnight hours and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and completing the check‑in/check‑out procedure through the Property Management System while collecting and storing pertinent information.
Handling cash, credit card information, and valuable items at the property.
Identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment; responding to all guest requests in a timely manner.
Taking reservations from incoming callers, inputting all pertinent information into the system, and updating or canceling reservations as requested.
Organizing previous shift paperwork, closing and balancing all room accounts and vouchers, investigating and analyzing out-of‑balance situations, and running trial balance reports for the night audit.
Preparing guest folios for express check‑out.

Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
IHG hotel brand experience
is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Computer proficiency, including intranet, Property Management System, WORD, and EXCEL.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
Typical Schedule: Night Audit 11 PM‑7 AM; Rate of pay $17.75 per hour
– Availability to work some afternoon shifts 3 PM‑11 PM or mid‑shifts as Guest Service Representative; Rate of pay $16.75 per hour.
