Salary/Hourly Rate . $20/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview . This Part‑Time Property Administrator is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day property operations through on‑site presence and direct interaction with tenants and properties. The Part‑Time Property Administrator will deliver property notices, conduct routine property checks, provide physical statements, and perform inspections when units become vacant. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining clear communication with the property management team.
Responsibilities Of The Part‑Time Property Administrator
Deliver property‑related notices to tenants in a timely and professional manner.
Perform routine on‑site property checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall condition.
Provide and distribute physical statements and documentation as needed.
Conduct move‑out and vacancy inspections to assess property condition and document findings.
Complete filing and general administrative tasks to support property operations.
Maintain organized physical and digital records, including inspection reports and tenant documentation.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or policy violations to property management.
Communicate effectively with the Property Management team regarding property status.
Required Experience/Skills for the Part‑Time Property Administrator
Administrative experience, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Ability to accurately document observations and complete inspection reports.
Experience interacting professionally with tenants, vendors, or the public.
Comfortable with delivering notices or handling confidential property documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part‑Time Property Administrator
Knowledge of basic property management procedures, notices, and documentation.
Experience assisting with tenant relations and on‑site issue resolution.
Previous administrative support experience within a real estate or property management setting.
Familiarity with property management software and QuickBooks online.
Education Requirements
High school diploma is required.
