Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of reporting materials for periodic client meetings, including cash flows, financial statements, and asset allocation summaries, and drafting projections and calculations.
Analyze investment performance and research investment options to provide recommendations.
Review and track client account applications, transfers, and directives.
Provide exceptional client service and responsiveness, coordinating regular review meetings and service requests.
Prepare documents for closing new client prospects for wealth‑planning services.
Advise clients on market conditions, investment trends, and alternatives, explaining a variety of investment vehicles.
Assist advisors with special projects and requests.
Ensure regulatory compliance in processes and procedures for the team.
Uphold high levels of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions, promoting the bank’s reputation and compliance with policies and regulations.
Expand knowledge of comprehensive wealth management, including financial planning, tax planning, asset management, risk management, and estate planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business with an emphasis on accounting/finance.
Possession of or willingness to pursue certifications such as CFP® or FPQP®.
Prior analyst experience preferred.
Experience with Tamarac and/or Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills, self‑starter, and ability to stay organized, multi‑task, and prioritize deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills across financial planning areas and software.
Advanced Excel and writing skills; strong work ethic and service orientation.
