Revenue generation through coordinated calling efforts – both independent and/or joint calling with RMs

Maintain contact with key decision makers Manage pricing negotiation and proposals

Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes with understanding of how clients utilize them Act as day‑to‑day support for Treasury Management clients providing ongoing training and problem research and resolution; takes ownership of client experience by forming relationships and providing efficient and effective solutions Assist in implementing new products and services for clients; support deposit scanner installations on‑site or by phone Maintain up‑to‑date client information on bank system/files to ensure client documentation is accurate and complete Assist in billing and analysis processes Support training clients, lenders, and internal teams on all treasury management products Help support and maintain product suite to keep a competitive, high‑quality service offering Project Management responsibilities involving product enhancements, client communication and documentation Maintain comprehensive knowledge of related policies, regulations and procedures Develop working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system capabilities and integration of treasury products and automation Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of business banking experience Technical and analytical skills Willingness/ability to manage projects and project coordination Lead end‑to‑end technical implementations of TM product suite Motivated self‑starter Ability to navigate and learn new computer systems and websites Detail oriented and highly organized Able to multi‑task and prioritize to meet deadlines Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills Able to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever‑changing environment Service oriented and patient in stressful and challenging situations Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Willingness to learn and contribute to company’s financial growth and profitability Employee Benefits
