About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented IT Systems & Help Desk Administrator to support the day‑to‑day technology needs of our Salt Lake City and Kaysville facilities. This role is focused on end‑user support, system maintenance, and keeping technology running smoothly for both offices. You will be the first line of support for our teams — helping employees stay productive, minimizing downtime, and keeping daily operations running.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and working in a fast‑paced environment where technology directly supports operations.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Provide daily IT support for employees, workstations, printers, and devices
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
Set up new user accounts, permissions, and workstation configurations
Support Windows desktops, laptops, and basic network connectivity
Assist with Microsoft 365, email administration, and password resets
Install software, apply updates, and perform system maintenance
Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation
Escalate complex infrastructure issues when needed
Qualifications Preferred Experience
2–4 years in IT support, help desk, or system support role
Experience with Windows OS, user support, and hardware troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking, printers, and device connectivity
Experience supporting users in an operations or manufacturing setting
Strong communication and customer support mindset
Nice to Have
Active Directory / Microsoft 365 admin experience
Basic knowledge of servers or virtualization
Exposure to ERP or production support systems
