Douglas County Government invites applications for the Senior or Principal Systems Analyst – Dynamics position. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to enable purchasing, financials, and employee services across County departments. Responsibilities
Apply in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules to develop solutions for Finance and Payroll teams. Analyze business scenarios, clarify requirements, and design effective software configurations. Support all Microsoft Dynamics Finance functions and establish best practices for data migration and workflow development. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and keep current with new Dynamics releases. Serve as the IT application owner for assigned business applications and oversee configuration, testing, and documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Five years’ experience implementing or supporting ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP, Oracle, or similar, covering core financial modules. Experience with platform development, configuration, and support of COTS, SaaS, or PaaS applications. Two years’ experience working within waterfall or agile IT project methodologies. Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, including data migration, system configuration, and workflow development. Strong SQL skills and business analysis experience preferred. Benefits
