LHH is partnering with a leading transformer manufacturer in search of an Assistant Controller for their Dyersburg, TN office. This is a hands‑on role that will have oversight in AP, AR, financial reporting and month‑end closing. They are looking for someone with a passion for financial operations and being part of the leadership team in driving business to meet financial goals. This is a direct‑hire job with a salary that pays between $92K-$115K plus bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the AP and AR teams across several manufacturing locations
Oversight of invoicing, collections, cash applications, billing and assist resolving issues surrounding sales and customer service
Manage AR aging, participate in following up on overdue accounts, revenue recognition
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
5+ years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years as a leader/supervisor
Proven record of working with high‑volume/fast‑paced environments or multi‑location experience
