What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the reporting, auditing, and administration of Auto Liability, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation claims
Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance carriers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and responses
Collaborate with leadership to support risk assessments and risk mitigation initiatives
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth claims resolution
Prepare and present claims data and insights to leadership using PowerPoint
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School graduate or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
Demonstrated experience in customer service-focused roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while meeting deadlines
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
