Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. is looking for a Credit Administrator out of our Stockton headquarters. This role is responsible for accurate account setup, payment processing, and administrative support while maintaining strong internal coordination and professional customer communication.
Qualifications Key Responsibilities:
Consistently personify the company’s mission, with a strong emphasis on ethics, safety, accountability, and professionalism.
Earn and maintain the trust and respect of coworkers, customers, vendors, and business partners.
Assist with credit-management processes and support broader company financial goals through accurate coordination, follow-through, and communication.
Create a positive working environment by balancing results-oriented performance with genuine care for people.
Be well respected and well-liked by direct reports and peers, including managers and employees in other departments.
Maintain a high level of organization in all areas of responsibility. Promptly and professionally return phone calls, texts, and emails. Follow through on assignments accurately, completely, and on time. Effectively manage calendars, tasks, and communications in a clear, structured, and timely manner.
Smoothly and diplomatically coordinate with accounting and distribution teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Confidently communicate with customers of all types, maintaining tact, professionalism, and good humor.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience in administrative, credit, accounting, or accounts receivable support roles.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database or accounting systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay ranges from $24-$26 per hour.
