Recruiter Position
We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring. If you're great at building relationships, working independently, and sourcing top talent remotely, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Work closely with clients (mainly in real estate) to understand their hiring needs
Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more
Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
Lead recruitment by improving processes
Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote
Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and people skills
Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently
Tech-savvy comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
Experience working with global clients
