Base pay range:
$190,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr

Key Duties
Litigate plaintiff‑side employment matters, focusing primarily on wage & hour class and collective actions.
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements.
Drive case strategy in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, and harassment matters.
Work directly with named plaintiffs and class members from intake through resolution.
Collaborate closely with firm leadership on litigation strategy, settlement positioning, and case valuation.
Ideal Candidate
5–10 years of plaintiff‑side employment litigation experience (wage & hour required).
Demonstrated experience resolving or contributing meaningfully to class action settlements.
Strong litigation background with excellent writing, strategy, and negotiation skills.
Plaintiff mindset with the ability to independently manage cases.
NY Bar admission required.
Stable work history and desire for long‑term growth within a plaintiff‑side platform.
