Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Investigate and develop massive wage‑and‑hour class/collective actions from intake through certification against national employers
Draft class complaints, certification briefs, and opposition to arbitration motions in SDNY and NY Supreme
Take depositions of HR executives, payroll managers, and corporate designees to expose off‑the‑clock and misclassification schemes
Argue class certification and decertification battles, plus discovery disputes over time records and payroll data
Prepare damages models with forensic economists and co‑counsel mediations or jury trials that force multimillion‑dollar settlements
