The Human Resources (HR) Department is looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both long-term strategic thinking and the short-term rewards of getting tactical things done in a fast-paced, high-tech environment! The role is a strategic business partner to the Global Operations business function. The role is responsible for driving organizational people strategy by leading high impact projects within the assigned business function and across HR!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and drive people strategy aligned to business function strategy such as workforce planning, organizational change, management and leadership development, succession planning, coaching senior management, focus group facilitation, offsite planning, etc
Work to identify business needs, partner with HR teams (talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, HR shared services, systems etc) and deploy pragmatic solutions
Conduct research and perform analysis of data to provide data-informed insights that drive strategic decisions for the functional people and culture strategy
Recommend talent strategies in support of business initiatives
Facilitate talent management processes and employee engagement action planning activities throughout the year
Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and partner on implementation with the business & HR Center of Excellence (CoE) partners
Partner closely with functional and geographic HR partners to influence global people strategies and support execution of global programs
Participate as an integral member of Functional HRBP team and the extended HR community

For This Role, You Will Need:
8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role/experience
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience partnering with senior level leaders
Ability to partner strategically, coach and influence business leaders
Ability to analyze data, using data to identify insights and recommend solutions
Ability to drive results, plan, organize and prioritize with a sense of urgency
Ability to work collaboratively, adjust own interpersonal approach to fit the interpersonal style of others
Proven effective communication skills including the ability to identify the communication style of others in order to customize the message according to the audience.
