The Human Resources (HR) Department is looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both long-term strategic thinking and short-term tactical execution in a fast-paced, high‑tech environment. The role serves as a strategic business partner to the Global Operations business function, driving organizational people strategy through high‑impact projects within the assigned function and across HR.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and drive people strategy aligned to business function strategy (e.g., workforce planning, organizational change, leadership development, succession planning).
Identify business needs, partner with HR teams (talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, HR shared services, systems, etc.), and deploy pragmatic solutions.
Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decisions for functional people and culture strategy.
Recommend talent strategies in support of business initiatives.
Facilitate talent‑management processes and employee‑engagement action‑planning activities throughout the year.
Assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and partner on implementation with HR Center of Excellence partners.
Work closely with functional and geographic HR partners to influence global people strategies and support execution of global programs.
Participate as an integral member of the Functional HRBP team and the extended HR community.
Who You Are: You adjust communication content and style to meet diverse stakeholder needs, remain energized and effective amid ambiguity, anticipate customer needs, share ideas compellingly, and model collaboration across the organization.
For This Role, You Will Need:
8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience partnering with senior‑level leaders.
Strategic partnership, coaching, and influence skills.
Data analysis skills to derive insights and recommend solutions.
Results orientation with strong planning, organization, and prioritization.
Collaborative interpersonal skills adaptable to others’ styles.
Effective communication skills, tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
