Position Overview The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the daily operations, testing, and maintenance of the organization's HRIS system. This role collaborates with HRIS and HR leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure that the system supports business objectives, provides data integrity, and contributes to improved HR operations and decision‑making. The HRIS Analyst also plays a key role in implementing new technologies, assessing current system processes, and troubleshooting technical issues related to HRIS systems. This role will be based in Orlando, FL.

Provide support to HRIS users across the organization for system‑related issues.

Support HRIS team by assisting with the training of new department associates.

Assist with the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS system.

Ensure HRIS systems are running smoothly, performing system audits, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets and issues.

Collaborate with HRIS leaders and IT teams to test new modules, updates, or system integrations.

Maintain security protocols and access controls for HRIS users.

Develop and generate standard and ad‑hoc reports to support HR, compliance, and business operations.

Create data visualizations and dashboards for HR leadership and other departments.

Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose solutions.

Partner with internal departments to optimize business processes and ensure proper usage of system functionality to support business needs.

Assist with HRIS‑related projects, including system releases and upgrades, new integrations, and new software implementations.

Provide training and support to HR staff and other users to ensure effective use of the HRIS.

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, user instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

Troubleshoot HRIS issues, liaising with vendors or internal IT teams as necessary.

Ensure HRIS systems are compliant with relevant labor laws, privacy regulations, and internal policies.

Assist with audits and compliance reporting as required by regulatory bodies.

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or relevant field or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of Workday HCM experience.

Experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, etc.).

Experience in HRIS reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.

Other Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of internal and external personnel.

Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technology.

Proficiency in reporting tools, and HRIS‑specific software.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional projects.

Knowledge of data privacy and security standards in HRIS environments.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Exercises discretion with highly confidential information.

Language Skills: Effective written and verbal communication.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Travel Requirements

Rarely – on average 5% of travel on a quarterly basis.

The Senior HR Analyst is not limited to the above‑mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
