What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Equip Pro Account Managers (PAMs) with training, tools, and resources for optimal performance

Deliver and optimize new hire onboarding programs

Design ongoing upskill initiatives and product certifications

Execute go-to-market plans for new Pro offerings and process changes

Develop scalable training assets and performance measurement tools

What is Required (Qualifications)

BA/BS degree and 1–2 years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or a go-to-market role

B2B SaaS experience; background in the home services industry or sales is a plus

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong facilitation and project management skills

Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and optimizing training for a participant-centered learning experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with upsell workflows, account management, and sales motions

Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies such as CRM and LMS platforms
