Job Details We are seeking an experienced Public Finance Attorney to join our team and support complex municipal, governmental, and public‑sector financing projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, or underwriter’s counsel on a range of public finance transactions

Draft and review transaction documents, bond resolutions, financing agreements, and related public‑sector materials

Advise cities, counties, special districts, agencies, and public authorities on statutory compliance and financing structures

Collaborate with financial advisors, underwriters, and government officials on large‑scale municipal projects and P3 initiatives

Qualifications

Prior public finance or municipal law experience involving bond work, governmental transactions, or complex financing

Strong drafting skills with the ability to handle technical transaction documents and regulatory requirements

Licensed attorney in the state of practice, or eligible for timely admission
