Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join a public finance practice in Missoula, Montana. The role involves working on all phases of public finance transactions, providing bond counsel support for governmental and economic development financings, and advising clients on state, local, and federal tax law matters. The attorney will also have opportunities to develop private activity transactions, including those related to health care, housing, exempt facilities, and other special‑purpose financings. This position includes regular travel within Montana for client engagement, public speaking, and networking. The role may be structured as a partner‑track associate or income partner, depending on experience.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
Active Montana bar admission or ability to obtain admission
Minimum of five years of relevant transactional experience, with public finance experience preferred
