Substantive IP Litigation Attorney – District Director at TBG, The Bachrach Group
Substantive IP Litigation Attorney opportunity on a long term contract/temporary basis with a top boutique law firm. Seeking a mid to senior level IP litigator, with strong law firm trademark and copyright litigation experience. Must live in NC, GA, VA, CO, or TX and can work 100% remotely as long as you reside in one of these states.
This position offers immediate access to high-level work with sophisticated, industry‑leading clients across many industry and technology sectors. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just case assignments—someone eager to take ownership and contribute strategically. You will work with nationally recognized trial lawyers and gain experience across federal district courts and the PTAB.
Trademark and copyright litigation experience is key! Looking for someone that can truly run a case.
