Job Description Mona Shah & Partners Global (MSP Global) is a firm specializing in business investment immigration, particularly the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We have a large and diverse client base representing individual, institutional, and corporate clients around the globe. We use our expertise in structuring, configuring, and preparing EB-5 projects, Direct Entrepreneur projects as well as the I-526 Source of Funds memorandum. We also craft immigration solutions for businesses and individuals. Knowledge of non-immigrant visas such as L-1, O-1, and E-2 is a plus.

Position Information We are seeking a candidate for the position of Associate Attorney to assist in business immigration. The preferred candidate must be detail‑oriented, be prepared to tackle EB-5 compliance issues, immigration, and regulatory issues. The ability to independently research is essential. We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a small collaborative environment. Business immigration experience is a plus.
