Evaluating cases

Negotiating settlements

Applying legal strategy

No billable hours.

No chasing medical records.

No intake overload.

No being everything to everyone.

What You’ll Actually Do

Negotiate personal injury cases (pre-litigation focus)

Evaluate demands and settlement strategy

Work closely with our medical management and demand teams

Communicate with adjusters and defense counsel

Provide legal oversight—not administrative babysitting.

If you’re interested in expanding your litigation experience, we also offer opportunities to be involved in litigation matters based on interest and experience.

This is not a courtroom-heavy role by default and not a “build it from scratch” position.

What You Will Not Be Responsible For

Medical scheduling

Record retrieval

Client hand-holding

Administrative tasks

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active Georgia Bar license (required)

License to practice in Georgia is strongly preferred.

2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred (but strong candidates with other litigation backgrounds will be considered).

Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to client service and team collaboration.

Willingness to travel lightly as needed for hearings, depositions, and firm matters.

Professional, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent

Strong negotiation skills

Compensation & Perks

$75,000–$95,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Bonus potential tied to performance

Monday–Friday schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
