Our Augusta office is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our expanding, well-supported team.

Our support teams handle the rest.
No billable hours. No chasing medical records. No intake overload. No being everything to everyone.
What Youll Actually Do
* Negotiate personal injury cases (pre-litigation focus) * Evaluate demands and settlement strategy * Work closely with our medical management and demand teams * Communicate with adjusters and defense counsel * Provide legal oversightnot administrative babysitting.
*If youre interested in expanding your litigation experience, we also offer opportunities to be involved in litigation matters based on interest and experience.*
This is *not* a courtroom-heavy role by default and *not* a build it from scratch position.
What You Will _Not_ Be Responsible For
Lets be crystal clear:
* Medical scheduling * Record retrieval * Client hand-holding * Administrative tasks
We already have *established systems and teams* in place.
*Qualifications*
* J.D. from an accredited law school. * Active *South Carolina Bar license* (required) * License to practice in *South Carolina is strongly preferred*. * 2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred (but strong candidates with other litigation backgrounds will be considered). * Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills. * Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to client service and team collaboration. * Willingness to travel lightly as needed for hearings, depositions, and firm matters. * Professional, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent * Strong negotiation skills
Compensation & Perks
