Lifestyle Firm Seeking Patent/Trademark Associate Attorney

Executive Search Consultant at LHH | NYC & CT LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an internationally recognized law firm in its search for an Patent/Trademark Associate. An ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working in a dynamic and well-rounded trademark and design patent practice, including experience dealing with issues related to management of trademark portfolios, counseling client’s on trademark and design patent issues, and handling trademark and design patent clearance, prosecution, and foreign design maintenance matters.
The firm offers excellent work/life balance, a hybrid work schedule (2 days in the office/week) and competitive compensation.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of design patent and trademark experience
Strong academic credentials
Admitted to the NY bar
