Business Unit Application Support Analyst I
Location & Working Hours Greenville, South Carolina, United States of America
Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm EST). Rotating Saturdays/Sundays every 6 weeks.
Compensation $25.75 - $41.50 USD. TD is committed to fair and equitable compensation opportunities.
Job Description The Business Unit Application Support Analyst I is responsible for maintaining the dialer system used to make collections calls. They will execute the calling strategies that the business dictates, monitor inbound calls to ensure service levels are met, execute text messaging platforms, and complete reporting.
Depth & Scope
Performs work under minimal supervision and may provide coaching to others
Participates as subject matter expert on strategic initiatives involving system support
Analyzes company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company
Identifies ways to customize and enhance current business applications to meet the functional needs of the business
Assists with test plans for all phases of system changes, conversions and projects to ensure implementation meets all requirements and does not affect overall system functionality
Acts as technical support liaison between system users and IT and/or Vendor answering questions and troubleshooting
Monitors incoming and clearing system files, investigates and resolves issues as needed
Provides senior management with insightful and proactive reporting and analysis and various corporate for business line initiatives
Works cross‑functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and research and resolve issues
Periodic travel may be required
Education & Experience
Associate's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
1+ years related experience required
Effective communications, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Must be able to relate technical solutions to operational issues
Organization, planning and coordination skills
