Help Build the Intelligence Layer of the American Dream Quantum America is on a bold mission: to save the American Dream of homeownership by delivering a new category of precision-built, energy-efficient, resilient, and attainable homes—deployed at scale across Texas.
We are not a traditional homebuilder.
Quantum America is building a data-driven housing platform, where homes, energy, finance, insurance, and lifecycle performance are unified through intelligence.
We are seeking a Senior Data, AI & Intelligence Manager to help design, build, and operate the data and AI systems that power this platform.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for a builder—someone who can turn vision into working systems and data into real‑world outcomes.
The Role As Senior Data, AI & Intelligence Manager, you will help architect and manage Quantum America’s enterprise data, AI, and intelligence stack, working closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, energy, and sales teams.
You will play a central role in connecting Salesforce CRM, operational systems, energy and home‑performance data, and analytics into a unified intelligence platform that supports affordability, scale, and long‑term trust.
What You’ll Do
Design and manage scalable data pipelines, models, and dashboards across the business
Integrate customer, operational, financial, and home‑performance data into a unified platform
Implement predictive, analytical, and AI‑driven tools to support sales, operations, energy, and lifecycle performance
Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases that reduce cost, risk, and friction
Partner in managing Salesforce as the system of record for customer relationships and lifecycle engagement
Ensure clean, connected, and actionable CRM data across teams and systems
Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and executive‑ready insights that support real‑time decision‑making
Translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence
Support data quality, governance, security, and interoperability standards
Help establish scalable processes as the company grows from prototype to statewide deployment
Who You Are
5‑10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital platform roles
Proven track record building and operating real‑world data systems, not just models
Strong working knowledge of AI/ML, analytics, and data engineering concepts
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and system integrations
Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
Builder mindset with strong business intuition and communication skills
Why Quantum America This role sits at the center of a generational effort to:
Lower the total cost of homeownership
Create data‑backed affordability, transparency, and trust
Help define a new category of American homes
This is a career‑defining opportunity for someone ready to build systems that matter—and grow with them.
Competitive compensation, growth upside, and comprehensive Day‑1 benefits.
