Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Employment Type:

Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.

Travel to each client location as required.

Diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues.

Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of deskside/desktop support experience.

3+ years of customer service experience.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Strong customer focus, communication skills, and ability to meet SLAs.

Preferred (Not Required):

CompTIA A+ certification.

OEM printer and laptop warranty certifications.

Lexmark printer experience.

Server experience.

OEM printer warranty certifications.
