Job Title IT Field Technician/Desktop Support
Location Nashville, TN
Schedule Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Type Contract to Hire
Responsibilities
Experienced desktop support technician with strong customer skills, reliable transportation.
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
Meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Travel to client locations as required.
Required Qualifications
Maintain good customer focus and meet SLAs.
Travel to each client's location.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printers.
Minimum Requirements
3 years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
3 years plus with customer service experience.
Personable as interacting with wide range of users.
Preferred (Not Required)
CompTIA A+
OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
Lexmark Printer experience
Server experience would be a bonus
