Job Description
Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Mon and Fri – Remote Tues – Thurs
Location: Nashville, TN 37217
Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm CST
Pay: $37.92 per hour
Responsibilities
Assist preparing test scripts.
Assist with system data staging and setup.
Assist with testing system changes and implementation of patch upgrades and custom enhancements.
Track changes in previous behavior.
Process and validate mass imports.
Perform clean‑ups.
Report on data discrepancies.
Assist with documenting and maintenance of test plans.
Deliver second‑tier HRIS support of the Lawson and Global HR systems.
Assist with system configuration and setup.
Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities.
Interact and effectively communicate with internal business partners and the support teams for our software vendors while troubleshooting functional system issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
Minimum 2 years' experience.
College Graduate Required – Undergraduate.
Working knowledge of Lawson HRMS system or other HRMS systems.
Broad knowledge of HR concepts, terminology, troubleshooting, and functional analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
Experience working with and interacting in a team environment.
Prior HRIS experience preferred.
Ability to participate in change initiatives and deal with stress related to resolution timeframes and competing priorities.
