Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in HR management, including payroll administration
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS, Netsuite and payroll software systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively
