Talent Coordinator

Role Description This is a gig based Talent Coordinator role located on event sites in Jacksonville, FL with anywhere from 1 to 10 gigs a month. Most gigs last anywhere from 2-hours to 5-hours. The Talent Coordinator will oversee on-site talent/entertainment processes such as:

First to arrive on event site and coordinate with client and talent.

Prepare and/or manage entertainment locations at event.

Oversee talent/entertainment production.

Qualifications

Knowledge of different talent management, performing arts, and entertainment processes such as for: music, dance, circus, aerial, fire, and more, is preferred. Company will provide knowledgeable processes for Talent Coordinator where lacking.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with talent and clients and maintain efficient workflow.

Excellent organizational skills.

Compensation $100 minimum to $300 flat pay for 2 to 5 hours of on-site event job.
