As a key player in our hiring process, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to help drive our organization forward. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary info: $20 - $40 / hr
