We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Physician Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess excellent communication skills, and have a talent for identifying and attracting top medical professionals. As a Physician Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians across various healthcare settings, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified physicians and nurse practitioners. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with the HR manager to determine current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support. Schedule and manage Zoom interviews with the hiring team. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in physician recruitment. Qualifications: Proven experience in physician or nurse practitioner recruitment, or healthcare staffing is required. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the physician/nurse practitioner job market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Healthcare recruiting experience is required. Job Types:
