Job Description
Position Summary: The HR Analyst will play a critical role in supporting HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This position ensures compliance with employment laws, enhances workforce planning, and provides actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics (turnover, retention, time‑to‑fill, diversity, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for leadership.
Compliance & Policy Support: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Assist in audits and maintain accurate employee records.
HR Systems & Process Optimization: Manage and optimize internal systems for accuracy and efficiency.
Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Workforce Planning & Analytics: Support talent acquisition strategies with data insights.
Forecast staffing needs based on business growth projections.
Employee Engagement & Performance: Analyze engagement survey results and recommend initiatives.
Track performance metrics and assist in compensation analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of HR analytics or HR operations experience (staffing industry preferred).
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
