What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze complex reinsurance initiatives, including impact analysis and process flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reinsurance strategy across assigned projects
Utilize business process design tools to clarify reinsurance problems and goals
Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise reinsurance data strategy
Support agile project management frameworks to prioritize and pace projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in life and/or annuity insurance and reinsurance
3+ years of experience with data analytics
Project management experience, including agile and/or waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in business process design, requirements analysis, and process mapping
Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools including Excel and SQL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP Certification
Financial analysis experience
Ability to work in Python and Microsoft Access
