Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Greet and assist team members and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner (in the office and over the phone)
Greet job seekers who visit or call to inquire about employment, submit applications, interview etc.
Initiate recruitment activities to include drafting job requisitions and coordinating communication between hiring managers and recruitment specialists
Welcome all new hires to the hotel by assisting with onboarding and hotel orientation, as needed
Process all documentation and onboarding for new hires
Coordinate department projects and team member events
Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete required projects for the department
Perform word processing, typing, email, data‑entry, filing, faxing, copying, and taking notes
Assist with other general office duties and special projects
