IT Support Technician (Contract)
Location: Onsite - Valparaiso, IN
Duration: 1-3 months
Overview Seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to assist with a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade and laptop imaging project. This role will focus on hands‑on device deployment and user support during the transition.
Responsibilities
Upgrade existing devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Image, configure, and deploy laptops
Troubleshoot hardware and OS‑related issues during deployment
Provide onsite end‑user support as needed
Requirements
Experience with Windows OS upgrades and laptop imaging
Strong hands‑on hardware and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
