Overview
Vaco is currently hiring a Production Coordinator for a client in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a temporary-to-hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
Work and coordinate with other departments, Project Managers, and estimators
Assign specific customers and projects
Handle direct communication with customers/vendors
Handle job data (need attention to detail and accuracy)
Manage purchase orders
Job costing
Invoicing/AR
Qualifications Construction industry experience ideal.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range and benefits will be disclosed during the interview. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan (subject to local law).
