Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Self-assign tickets from the queue and troubleshoot them
Support various student technology issues, including connectivity to the school’s network.
Support staff and faculty workstations and laptops, including hardware and software deployment, phone connections, general IT troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
Support and manage on‑site lab workstations, including deployment of images and maintenance of software packages.
Prepare workstations and laptops as well as configuring via Intune & JAMF and installing necessary software
Maintain inventory of IT‑related equipment deployed and on‑hand throughout the company
Report and communicate system issues with the IT Manager and escalated issues to the systems or network administrator when necessary.
Contribute and maintain documentation within the knowledgebase

Competencies | Knowledge | Skills | Abilities
General understanding of Active Directory (On‑Premises & Azure)
Ability to analyze issues, including being able to review and understand system and event logs
Ability to crimp network cable
General understanding of basic networking concepts
Knowledge of audio and video equipment and setup is a plus but not required.
Education And/or Experience
Experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience supporting users and systems within a domain environment.
Certificates | Licenses | Registrations
CompTIA A+ and related certification accreditation advantageous.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline(s) is a plus.
