Responsibilities
Utilizes various tools and resources to identify and establish physician candidates, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Updates and maintains the physician recruitment database, including CVs, job opportunity descriptions, and campus information.
Monitors the physician recruitment website to ensure proper flow of information to the public and educates program directors of available opportunities.
Manages social media accounts to drive candidates to the physician recruitment website and learns new initiatives and technology to increase website traffic.
Assists with various recruitment activities, including conducting phone interviews, screening potential candidates, engaging candidates on site visits, and developing itineraries.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (required)
Compensation $45,196.93 - $84,071.39
